biblestudyresources.com.au is operated by Perisseia Pty Ltd (ABN 69 122 334 721) as an ordering portal for BSF Australia members. Goods are supplied by Printcraft (Qld) Pty Ltd (ABN 62 163 195 668) as the merchant of record. Payment is processed by eWay (Eclipse Payments).

2. Orders and cutoff

Orders received before the published cutoff date will be printed and dispatched in time for the first study night. Orders received after the cutoff cannot be guaranteed for first-study delivery.

3. Pricing and GST

All prices on this site are in Australian Dollars and include GST. Shipping is calculated by parcel weight and is also GST-inclusive. We do not apply a surcharge on credit or debit card payments.

4. Accepted payment methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Australian debit cards. We do not accept American Express, EFT, BPAY, or cheque.

5. Leader Guides access control

Leader Guides are restricted to verified BSF Children's Leaders and require a current-year access code to add to cart. Unauthorised use of an access code may result in cancellation of the order and refund of the relevant items at our discretion.

6. Delivery

Parcels are shipped by Printcraft (Qld) Pty Ltd to the Australian residential address you provide at checkout. Risk passes to you on dispatch. We do not ship outside Australia.

7. Tax invoice

Your tax invoice is generated by this site on behalf of Printcraft (Qld) Pty Ltd at the point of payment and is available for download on the order confirmation page. We do not email tax invoices. You are responsible for downloading and retaining your tax invoice.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any non-excludable consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, our liability is limited to the price paid for the goods.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia.
