• Your residential delivery address
• Your BSF state and class
• The items, quantities, and total of your order

We do not collect, store, or transmit your payment card details. Card data is captured directly by eWay (Eclipse Payments) on their secure payment infrastructure and never touches this site or our database.

How we use your information

• To fulfil your order (Printcraft (Qld) Pty Ltd, ABN 62 163 195 668, requires your address to ship)
• To allow you to download your tax invoice
• To allow BSF Australia to verify aggregate order data for class planning
• To meet our record-keeping obligations under Australian tax law

Disclosure

Order data is shared with: (a) Printcraft (Qld) Pty Ltd to print and ship your order; (b) eWay for payment processing. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other party for marketing purposes.

Storage and security

Order data is stored on Australian servers (AWS Sydney region). Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Order records are retained for seven (7) years to meet Australian tax record-keeping obligations and are then deleted.
