Refund Policy

Cancellation before printing

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Orders may be cancelled in full at no cost up until printing has commenced. Once an order has entered production it cannot be cancelled or refunded except where a non-excludable consumer guarantee applies.

Damaged or faulty goods

Vivamus lacinia odio vitae vestibulum. If your booklets arrive damaged or are missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace the affected items at no cost.

Change of mind

Nullam quis risus eget urna mollis ornare vel eu leo. Printed booklets cannot be returned for change of mind. Please review your cart carefully before paying.

Refund method

Cras justo odio. Refunds, where issued, will be returned to the original payment card via eWay within 7 business days.
